Amelia has been doing some digging and talking more openly with the others such as Sophie, George and Charlotte. She’s absolutely livid as the full extent of Simon’s activities have come to light, both at work and elsewhere. It’s also becoming clear that Simon has been involved in even more dodgy dealing than we’ve been aware of so far.
It comes to a head when he, one-by-one seems to be losing his controlling grip, and he’s once again lying through his teeth and trying to schmooze his way around his wife. Surely she’ll believe him?
This is now one step too far for Amelia. She’s been played for the fool for far too long.
